- Registration and driving range open 10 a.m.
- Shotgun start at noon
- Thirty-two foursomes (maximum) will compete in this scramble format tournament
- Awards reception is immediately after tournament, includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, complimentary beverages and auction

5K Run/Walk •1 Mile Run •Tot Trot
Participants can register, using the form below, as a team or as an individual. A group from a corporation, hospital, school, family, neighborhood, church or organization is encouraged to participate as a team (note, teams should be at least 4 people).
Schedule:
Registration 4:30 p.m.
5K Run/Walk 6 p.m.
1 Mile Race – 7 p.m.
Tot Trot – 7:30 p.m.
